1. Shipping & Delivery
- Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
- We make every effort to ensure that each item in your order is shipped out within 2 working days of the order date. However, it may take 4-10 business days for your order to arrive, depending on product availability and location. Delays may occur due to festivals, sales, or mitigating circumstances.
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Same-day dispatch is available, subject to stock availability.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
- To ensure that your order reaches you safely, HoneyAllDay uses reputable courier partners. While we attempt to ship all items in a single order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
2. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Since we aim to expedite processing and shipping times, there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided the wrong shipping information.
3. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee, which will be determined based on the circumstances.
4. Lost/Stolen Packages
HoneyAllDay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please report the issue to your local authorities.
5. Return Request Days
You may return items within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the item(s) should be unopened and unused to be eligible for a return.
6. Out-of-Stock Item Process
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will hold your order and wait for all items to be available before dispatching. We will notify you in case of significant delays.
7. Import Duty and Taxes
For international orders, you may be required to settle any applicable taxes and import duties upon the arrival of items in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Delivery Process
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may vary for remote locations.
- A shipping confirmation with your tracking ID will be sent to you once the product is dispatched. You can use this ID to track your order on our website, which will provide the estimated delivery time and the current status of your order.
- Goods must be signed for upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods signed by an alternative person at the delivery address specified when placing the order.
9. Shipping Costs
